Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Delivery & Returns

PACHA offers local delivery within Singapore. Estimated delivery time will be shown during checkout.

We accept returns for defective or damaged items reported within 3 days of delivery. For hygiene and sustainability reasons, we do not accept returns for used or opened items.
